It’s not every day that you are asked to define a complete corporate storytelling system for a strong, innovative and future-thinking organization.

That is what we did for Indena, Industria Derivati Naturali – an Italian company that is the global leader in the identification, development and production of high-quality botanical active principles for the pharmaceutical and nutraceutical industry.

For its 100th anniversary, Indena decided to bring together its vision and PhoenixADV’s curatorship approach to redefine its brand identity and create a new visual system that can fully express it.

Applying our signature method – Pheel-Phink-Phly – we redefined the assets, values and brand purpose at the core of the new conceptual and visual identity, which was then implemented across diverse touchpoints, starting from a new digital ecosystem.

Every input and every creative resource in PhoenixADV’s skill archipelago generated sparks of “pertinent aesthetics” – never an end in itself, but always geared towards the thrilling narrative of a phytochemical story of success that has no equal in the world.

The “Getting Closer” corporate film is the manifesto of Indena’s new identity. The techno-natural tone of voice speaks of the company’s mastery in phytochemistry, while storytelling highlights the close bond between its cutting-edge scientific research, the world of officinal plants, and the outstanding technological value of the company’s infrastructure – which all come together to support people’s health and wellbeing.

A real “communication dream team” collaborated on the film, with PhoenixADV’s Think Tank attracting the help of some of the best creative talents around.
